About Veda

Most of you who currently follow this blog opera know me personally so there's really no need for me to elaborate any further about myself.

For those of you who may not know me, I'm a nut (as most writer's often define themselves-or maybe not).

I've been writing since I could hold a pencil.  I won the 3rd grade writer's award for a series of short-stories about what - I can't recall.  Probably flowers and cats or some stuff like that.  I still have the cute little certificate.  Boy was my Mom proud. I also wrote my first and only completed manuscript 20 years ago but it's a piece of shit trash (seriously) and is somewhere collecting dust.  I have no formal writing training other than English 101 in high school so for those of you who do, this should explain a lot.

Writing Trash allows me to indulge in my nutty side without breaking any laws or getting smacked with a straight jacket.  My brain is a character wheel that just keeps on spinning round, and round and round...

These particular characters have become my veins.  A day doesn't go by that I don't think about Lisette, Mason, Devra and of course the Grand Ma-ma. These scoundrels are only just getting started.

Trust me.
